Trying YSL's Nu Bare Look Tint

I. Love. Skin. Tints. There, I said it. (Don’t believe me? Read about my experience with some of the best luxury options on the market). They generally provide super light, natural coverage that that perfects your complexion while still letting your skin’s natural “imperfections” come through.

New to me is YSL’s Nu Bare Look Skin Tint. It’s meant to be a skincare/makeup hybrid that plumps, moisturizes, and brightens. I’ll be the judge of that!

I wasn’t sure what color to get (the PRESSURE!) but it turns out the shades are super flexible, and I don’t think it really matters that much, truthfully. I got shade 6, which is described as “light+ with cool undertones.” K.

I applied this on top of my skincare routine (and on top of SPF - I’m currently using my favorite Chanel UV Essentiel Anti-Pollution Sunscreen). I used my fingers to dab it directly on my face, and then blend it into my skin.

Guess what? I love it! It makes my combo, blemish-prone skin bright and radiant without looking oily. It lasted well throughout the day (even my husband said my skin looked “glass like,” hello!).
