Feb 16 My Favorite Fall 2018 Runway Looks

Fashion week just wrapped up in New York so I've got clothes on the mind. I've spent time poring through the shows on Vogue.com and picking out some of my favorite trends. It's hard work - but I'm a giver, you know?

So, see below for slideshows of my four favorite trends plus a bonus slideshow of things I'd never be caught dead in. You gotta take the good with the bad.

SHEARLING/FUR/FAUX FUR

Shearling is not going anywhere if the fall runways were any indication. Which is great, because I've still yet to pull the trigger on a piece for my own wardrobe. I'm thinking this option from Asos is gonna be the one.

NEW PREP

I love preppy. You can take the plus size male fashion blogger out of Massachusetts, but you can't take the Massachusetts out of the plus size male fashion blogger. Fall's take on preppy is updated and a little less literal than it has been in the past. I'll be picking up this Ralph Lauren sweatshirt.

OVERSIZED

Finally, a silhouette for the thick-set!

MONOCHROME

It doesn't matter what color you choose, just make it all tonal. I'm partial to navy, grey, or, if you're feeling lucky (and have a Tide pen with you and Laundress products at home) - all white.
